Signed Dart Board Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. The promoter and partner

1.1 The promoter is Pitch Experiences Ltd, company number 11231757, whose Instagram handle is @pitchexperiences and whose registered office is 17 Brewhouse Lane, Putney Wharf, London, England, SW15 2JX (the “PITCH EXPERIENCES”).

1.2 The partner is The Professional Darts Corporation Ltd, company number 03473679, whose Instagram handle is @officalPDC and whose registered office is at Mascalls, Mascalls Lane, Brentwood, Essex, England CM14 5LJ (the ‘’PDC’’)

1.3 Instagram is not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition

2. The Prize Draw

2.1 The title of the prize draw is Win a Signed Dartboard with PDC' (the “Prize Draw”).

2.2 The Prize Draw is free to enter and winners will be selected at random from valid entries received by PITCH EXPERIENCES.

3. How to enter

3.1 The period when you can submit your entry to the Prize Draw will run from 1700 BST on Thursday 28th August 2025 (the “Opening Time”) to 1700 GMT on Thursday 11th September 2025 (the “Closing Time”) inclusive.

3.2 Your entry must be received by @pitchexperiences (PITCH EXPERIENCES) by no later than the Closing Time. All entries received after the Closing Time are invalid.

3.3 Each entrant shall enter the competition via Instagram by following both @pitchexperiences and @officialPDC, tagging another Instagram user in the comments of the specified post by @pitchexperiences and sharing the specified post on their Instagram story.

3.4 No purchase is necessary.

3.5 The PITCH EXPERIENCES and PDC do not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged, or delayed, regardless of cause, including (for example) as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

3.6 By submitting your entry to the Prize Draw, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

4. Eligibility

4.1 The Prize Draw is only open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, except for:

(a) employees, contractors, and workers of the PITCH EXPERIENCES, PDC or PDC’s group companies.

(b) anybody who is professionally connected with the Prize Draw or its administration; or

(c) members of the immediate families or households of anyone referred to in clause 4.1(a) and (b) above.

4.2 By entering the Prize Draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and to claim any prize that you win. PITCH EXPERIENCES may require you to prove that you are eligible to enter the Prize Draw, for example by providing ID.

4.3 PITCH EXPERIENCES will not accept entries that are:

(a) automatically generated by computer;

(b) completed by third parties or in bulk;

(c) illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged, or tampered with; or

(d) incomplete.

4.4 There is a limit of one entry to the Prize Draw per person. Entries on behalf of another person and joint entries are not allowed.

4.5 PITCH EXPERIENCES may disqualify you if it reasonably believes that your conduct is in breach of these terms and conditions, fraudulent or otherwise contrary to the spirit or intention of the Prize Draw.

5. The Prize

5.1 The prizes are:

(a)   One of twenty signed dartboards - signed by all of the World Darts Championship 2024/25 quarter finalists.

5.2 PITCH EXPERIENCES reserves the right to replace any Prize with an alternative if the original Prize is not available.

5.3 The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or negotiable. There is no cash alternative to the Prize.

5.4 To claim a Prize, the winner must respond to PITCH EXPERIENCES's direct email/ direct message and provide all requested information within 120 hours from the request by PITCH EXPERIENCES.

5.5  PITCH EXPERIENCES or PDC cannot guarantee which players will have signed the dartboard and the winner cannot request any player to have signed. 

6. Winners

6.1 PITCH EXPERIENCES's decision is final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

6.2 PITCH EXPERIENCES will contact the winner by email/ direct message as soon as reasonably practicable after the Closing Time by email.

6.3 PITCH EXPERIENCES must make available information that indicates that a valid prize award took place. To comply with this obligation, PITCH EXPERIENCES will send the surname and county of Prize winners (and copies of any winning entries, if applicable) to anyone who emails Olivia.rambini@Pitchexperiences.com within one month after the Closing Time. If you object to your surname, county or winning entry being made available, please contact PITCH EXPERIENCES at Olivia.rambini@pitchexperiences.com. If you do this, PITCH EXPERIENCES must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

7. Claiming a Prize

7.1 If you win a Prize, you will have 120 hours after the PITCH EXPERIENCES sends you an email/ direct message to claim your Prize, as described in paragraph 5.4 above. If you do not claim the Prize by this date, your claim will become invalid and you will not be entitled to the Prize.

7.2 The Prize may not be claimed by someone else on your behalf.

7.3 PITCH EXPERIENCES will make reasonable efforts to contact the Prize winners by the account used to enter the Prize Draw. If you do not respond within 5 days after PITCH EXPERIENCES's email/message is sent, PITCH EXPERIENCES may offer the prize to another randomly selected eligible entrant from the valid entries that were received before the Closing Time.

7.4 The winners must confirm a valid postal address for the prize to be sent to and cannot accept responsibility if the winner is not able to accept delivery of the prize. 

8. Limitation of liability

As far as permitted by law, PITCH EXPERIENCES, its agents and distributors are not in any circumstances liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize, except where this is caused by the negligence of PITCH EXPERIENCES, its agents or distributors or that of its employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

9. Ownership of entries and intellectual property rights

9.1 PITCH EXPERIENCES does not claim any rights of ownership in your competition entry.  

9.2 You agree that PITCH EXPERIENCES may, but is not required to, make your entry available on its websites and any other media, whether now known or invented in the future, and in connection with any publicity of the Prize Draw. You grant PITCH EXPERIENCES a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in your entry and any accompanying materials, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-license the entry and any accompanying materials for those purposes. You also agree to waive all moral rights in and to your entry to which you may now or at any time in the future be entitled anywhere in the world.

10. Data protection and publicity

10.1 PITCH EXPERIENCES will only process your personal information as set out in its privacy policy and to announce winners as described in paragraph 6.3 above.

10.2 You agree to participate in a reasonable amount of publicity with PITCH EXPERIENCES if asked to do so by PITCH EXPERIENCES. This might include publishing your name and photograph in any media.

11. General

11.1 If PITCH EXPERIENCES believes that you have breached these terms and conditions, PITCH EXPERIENCES may (at its sole discretion) exclude you from participating in the Prize Draw.

11.2 PITCH EXPERIENCES may void, suspend, cancel or amend the Prize Draw if it becomes necessary to do so.

11.3 These terms and conditions are governed by English law. All entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
